ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you're not satisfied with your order for any reason, you have the right to return it within 14 days of receiving it.
The product must be in its original condition when returned; otherwise, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
When using your right to withdrawal:
- You must notify us before returning the product. Please send an email to info@cevatrading.com , including your name, address, email, order number, and the product you wish to return.
- You must return the products to us as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation.
- As the customer, you are responsible for the return postage and ensuring the item reaches us. The product should be securely packed, preferably in its original packaging. If the return is not sent, you will be responsible for the lost item and must cover its cost.
- We reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund if the product is used or damaged, reflecting the reduction in its value compared to the original price.

- If you’ve already paid for your order before returning it, you will receive a refund.
- If you paid via Klarna, they will process your refund once we’ve handled the return.
