RIGHT OF CANCELLATION & RETURN
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you have a 14-day right of cancellation that applies from the time you have received your order. 
The product must be in the same condition as when it left us, otherwise the right of withdrawal does not apply.
When exercising the right of withdrawal:

• You must announce that you regret it. Notification must be sent to info@ledsignssweden.com including: your name, your address, e-mail address, the order number and which/which goods the return applies to.
• You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days after the cancellation notice.
• You as the customer are responsible for the return postage, as well as the responsibility for the return to us, the goods should therefore be sent well packaged and in the original packaging. In the absence of a sent return, you as the customer must be responsible for the lost item (you pay the value of the item).
• From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value compared to the original value of the product in the case of a used or damaged product.
   

REFUND 
If you have paid for your order before return, the money will be refunded. If you have paid for your order via Klarna, Klarna will handle the refund to you once we have handled the return, which usually happens within 14 days, but can take up to 30 days. If you have placed your order via email or telephone, we will refund the money to you within 30 days after you have returned with a bank account incl. clearing number, bank giro or postal giro.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

• A special order that has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.

• As the customer, you are responsible for the return postage and ensuring the item reaches us. The product should be securely packed, preferably in its original packaging. If the return is not sent, you will be responsible for the lost item and must cover its cost.
• We reserve the right to deduct an amount from your refund if the product is used or damaged, reflecting the reduction in its value compared to the original price.

If you’ve already paid for your order before returning it, you will receive a refund.

If you paid via Klarna, they will process your refund once we’ve handled the return.
